1.Strictly implement standards and specifications (1) "Steel Structure Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance Specification" GB50205—2001; (2) "Visual evaluation of the surface cleanliness of Steel Surface Treatment before Coating Part 1" GB/T 8923.1-2011.
2.Process flow: base surface cleaning → bottom coating → intermediate paint coating → top paint coating.
3.Base surface cleaning
(1) Before the steel structure project is painted, check whether the steel structure production and installation are qualified for acceptance. Before painting, remove the rust, weld splashes, oil, dust, etc. from the parts that need to be painted.
(2) In order to ensure the quality of the coating, an automatic shot blasting and rust removal machine is used for rust removal. The rust removal method is to use the pressure of the compressor to continuously hit the surface of the steel member with rigid pills to clean up the rust, oil and other debris on the surface of the steel, revealing the true color of the metal steel. A method of rust removal. This method is a kind of high-efficiency, thorough rust removal, and relatively advanced rust removal process.
4.Primer coating
(1) Reconcile the anti-rust paint, control the viscosity, consistency, and thinning of the paint, and stir thoroughly during mixing to make the paint color and viscosity consistent.
(2) When spraying the first layer of primer, the brushing direction should be consistent and the rubbing should be neat.
(3) The principle of frequent movement and short moment separation is adopted when spraying the bottom to prevent too much spray paint from falling.
(4) After the first time is dry, spray the second time. The direction of the second time is perpendicular to the direction of the first time, which will make the thickness of the paint film uniform and consistent.
Intermediate paint coating
After the primer is sprayed, the intermediate paint should be sprayed. The coating material should be in accordance with the design requirements, and the varieties should not be changed at will. The brushing method is the same as the original primer coating.
Topcoat coating
(1) The topcoat material should meet the design requirements, and attention should be paid to the compatibility of the properties of the bottom layer and the top coating.
(2) For the topcoat modulation, you need to choose a topcoat with the same color, and the dilute material is suitable. The topcoat should be thoroughly stirred before use to maintain uniform color, and its working viscosity and consistency should ensure that it does not fall and does not show brushing lines during coating.
(4) The topcoat should be continuously stirred during the coating process, and the brushing method is the same as the direction primer coating.
Coating inspection and acceptance
(1) Post-coating treatment inspection, it should be that the coating color is the same, the color is bright and bright, and there is no Zoupi or pimple. (2) During and after the construction of surface coating, protect the coated work to prevent dust and other debris from flying.
(3) For the determination of the thickness of the coated paint film, the thickness of the paint film is measured by a corner-point paint film thickness gauge. The thickness of the paint film is generally measured by a 3-point thickness gauge, and the average value is taken.
5.Environmental requirements
The ambient temperature should be in accordance with the requirements of the product manual of the coating. When the product manual does not require it, the ambient temperature should be between 5 and 38℃, and the relative humidity should not be greater than 85%; there should be no condensation, water vapor, etc. on the surface of the components during coating; it should be protected from rain within 4 hours after coating.
6.In order to prevent accidental coating of parts that are prohibited by design requirements or steel structure construction technology requirements, they must be shielded and protected before coating.
7. After the components are coated, they should be temporarily enclosed and isolated to prevent stepping on and damaging the coating; do not come into contact with acid liquids to prevent biting the coating; when transportation is required, bumps and drag should be prevented from damaging the coating.
